The have been absolutely outstanding. They actively marketed the property and have consistently gone above and beyond to accommodate whatever I have needed. I cannot recommend them enough. 25th May 2025 (1 year ago)Sold a few houses through Hoskins over the years, dealing with Ian, and always found him and the team polite, competent and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend their services for buying or selling property.
5th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)*Donot choose this agent , I am doing this review 3 am in the morning as I am so frustrated and having sleepless nights . As<br>*The tenant was not properly vetted.<br>* Peter Alan failed in their duty of care.<br>* They continued to support the tenant despite repeated breaches of the tenancy agreement.<br>* I have suffered financial loss because of their actions.<br>* No responsible person or assigned to sort out things , I spoke to letting agent , customer service, accountant department and rent department. No one knows how to sort out the issues.

Potential buyers were identified quickly and timely updates were provided throughout the process without me needing to ask or follow up. The staff at Olivia Louise were very friendly. I particularly liked the ability to communicate through different channels which made fitting the house sale process around a busy job much less stressful! I highly recommend Olivia Louise and will definitely use them again in the future. Thank you!!!

My property was rented out within 2 weeks and he talked me through all of the processes and told me what I needed to do, nothing was too much trouble for them. First class service, thank you Barry and your team.

They keep you informed as to everything that is happening and not kept in the dark about anything. Rebecca in the office is brilliant, feel as if I have made a new friend. Johnathan even came to the bungalow and opened the door to welcome me at my new home before giving me the keys. I am happy to recommend this estate agent to anyone.
