1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

1st Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. Communication was excellent, particularly in relation to viewings, with contact made by phone to arrange a viewing and feedback provided promptly afterwards. Throughout the whole process Chris was on hand to offer honest and helpful advice and always willing to respond to queries.
