Maybe they were just too busy but we struggled to get hold of anyone or get any information about our buyers and the chain we were in. In the end we backed out of our sale as it was taking too long and the housing market was changing fast.

The lettings manager came out and met me at the property, she explained every process and how the property was going to be marketed and how a tenant was found and referenced. From the moment I met Emily I knew I was going to get a good service. They found me a tenant within 2 weeks of having my property valued. Would highly recommend!

His knowledge of the Knutsford and Cheshire property market was clear from the start, and his advice on pricing, marketing and negotiating the sale proved to be spot on.<br><br>What particularly stood out was the communication. Selling a house can be stressful, but he was proactive, responsive and kept us updated throughout the entire process. He handled viewings and negotiations professionally, gave straightforward advice when decisions needed to be made, and worked hard to keep the sale progressing through to completion.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agent in Knutsford, Hale, Altrincham, Alderley Edge, Cheshire to sell your house, I would absolutely recommend Acobas and Xavier.
