15th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Shelley provided us with an excellent service from start to finish. We had a property that was relatively easy to sell, but slightly complicated by the fact it was going through probate. Clear communication with potential buyers ensured that there were no slip ups with a slightly longer than usual sale process. We could have appointed other agents for a lower fee, but I think the coverage and marketing from Knight Frank ensured we maximised the sale price and even after any additional agent fees we likely received the best price we could. Also good work from Giselle the sales progressor in seeing it all over the line.

They researched thoroughly, gave great advice, understood exactly how to market our property, did all the viewings personally, and kept both the buyer and ourselves fully informed and updated throughout the process.

Heather was very kind and patient with me, answered all my questions (there were lots) and helped me with both selling my house and purchasing my next home. Our first impression when booking the viewing was very positive - the team were very knowledgeable and accommodating.<br><br>On the viewing itself we were incredibly impressed by Mollie who accompanied us. Her energy and enthusiasm was tangible - pitched perfectly so that she hit the right tone of selling the property and its potential, but without being pushy.<br><br>Mollie's ability to understand what we wanted and attune to our needs was particularly impressive. She has a fantastic skill to empathise and attune to the client's needs - whilst also taking our view of the property very fairly. 11th Jan 2026 (8 mo. ago)After 20 plus weeks we have had no contact from Connells in Malvern at all. No advice or help given by them to try and help secure a sale. We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. It appears that we are just a photograph taking up space in a window.
