Dealt with Malcom (Steeden) and Matt in his absence. Malcolm was responsive and showed a keen interest to be involved with the sale. Gave some constructive advice, which we followed and delighted with the results both in terms of the viewing, all undertaken by Goadsby, and the follow-up to these. My house moving was an easy process with Wooley and Wallis. I saw a house, I liked it, made an offer and it was accepted. It fell through when my buyer fell through but luckily I got another offer and that was fine. Staff are all friendly and they gave us a bottle of bubbles on moving day. The rest of the moving process was a complete nightmare but the estate agents were all lovely.... Read more
