Had the most horrific experience with this agent. Totally unprofessional. Promised us the house twice. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. We were originally with a different agent that sold fine houses in the Country to Michael Graham. In general I can say that the sales team were proactive, they took better images of the house, they did viewings at weekends (as well as week days), there was cover when our agent was on holiday. Our previous agent was more expensive, and did not offer this type of service. I recommend Michael Graham for the area surrounding Buckingham.... Read more
