Changed to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was amazing. John and Sharon who we dealt with the most were great, really knowledgable of the area, the valuation of the house and advising us all the way through the process. Nothing was too much trouble, communication was excellent. Overall, very pleased.

From the start I was shown the property by Terry, and from there on in dealt mainly with Colin. I couldn't fault them. Any queries I had of which there were a few were sorted and dealt with. I feel I built up a good relationship with them and they went above and beyond to sort out any issues I had.
