   Used another estate agents in Bicester before using Thomas Merrifield but did'nt feel that they were doing much for us. Changed to Thomas Merrifield and the difference was amazing. John and Sharon who we dealt with the most were great, really knowledgable of the area, the valuation of the house and advising us all the way through the process.    We had a fantastic experience throughout the purchase of our first home, and we would especially like to thank Lydia for all her help and support.<br><br>Lydia was incredibly helpful, professional and patient throughout the whole process. She was always available to answer our questions, kept us updated, and went above and beyond to help make what could have been a stressful experience much easier for us.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we really appreciated her guidance and support.    I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told....    We had a great experience buying our first home in Bicester through Hunters.<br><br>As first-time buyers, we honestly did not know much about the process at the beginning, but Rachel, Jenny and Phil were incredibly helpful throughout. They supported us from the first viewing all the way to completion, and even afterwards with various follow-up matters.<br><br>It was a chain of four parties, but we still managed to complete in around 10 weeks from offer to completion.
