Really friendly and knowledgeable staff who moved quickly when we wanted to view two properties for sale and kept us in the loop with both, so far so good!

Arranged viewing, then traveled a round trip of 550 miles to have no one turn up at property. Called office and told they never confirmed and only called the vendor once on a house number and could not get reply. Never called vendors mobile and never called me back to say they couldn't get hold of anyone. Also very rude to me when called to ask why they didn't contact myself or vendor on his mobile. As luck would have it the vendor was passing the house and stopped to see why we were parked on his drive. He also is not happy and will be removing from company. He also said in two years we were the 1st to view property,so sounds like this estate agent promotes its places for sale very well ... NOT
Just ended a rental and found Paula very prompt and professional throughout my tenancy. Would certainly use again
Landlords/Tenants AVOID! Contacted these peoeple about 8 times with for just a general viewing of a rental property, eventually got a viewing, liked the place and contacted them another 4 times via phone and email with no contact back at all, completely unprofessional.
They are understaffed, it seems they have 2 people who work in the lettings and both are only in the office half a day at most, never mind the lack of professionalism if you do manage to get hold of the lettings team. I would not like to imagine if you were to have a problem with your rental property or an urgent matter that needed attending to.
This estate agent is nothing but a wolf in sheep's clothing with a nice logo and branding but completely unprofessional beyond that, would not recommend.
Tenants best avoid..... trying to get our deposit back after paying £57000 in rent with no EPC or gas safety certificates...... then told on phone after 8 emails... yes you can have your deposit back only if you put in writing you will not contact trading standards or pursue the landlord........... well guess what
Me and my family rented Tegfan, Llangadfan, SY21 0PR from Norman Lloyd from Mr Toby Assinger. Upon moving into the property we noticed the master bedroom window and the built-in wardrobes were covered in Stachybotrys(black mould), the paint work was patchy and shoddy with a number of scuff marks, there was dust in nearly every room and the garage fascia had heavy moss growth. We complained to the landlord and Norman Lloyd to which they responded that we should take photos of the condition of the property which we did and then cleaned the property throughout to a liveable standard. 5 Weeks later the landlord asked to inspect the property we obliged even though this would seem too soon into the tenancy especially given the condition it was let in. He apologised for the condition the property was let and no concerns were raised. Imagine our surprise when only three weeks later we receive a letter from Norman Lloyd claiming the landlord was wishing to sell the property and would need to enter to take photos of every room. Why you would want a tenants belonging inside the property whilst you do this i do not know, also why the landlord felt the need to sell the property after letting it for 8 Weeks is questionable. We were also told in no uncertain terms whilst the landlord couldn't serve us our Section 21 notice we were more than welcome to find a new property. I have three children one of which suffers with cerebral palsy, he is due to have a very expensive life changing operation this is one of the main reasons we chose a bungalow. It left me and my family very distressed and out of pocket having to find a new home in such a short period of time. Norman Lloyd have merged with MMP and once we had decided we have to find a new home and moved out it was MMP's turn to attempt to extort my family. They claimed the house required re-painting at a cost of £225 to us and cleaning to the cost of £140 to us. We obviously did not accept these deductions to our deposit and i kindly pointed out that not only was the house in an unfit state when it was let, no inventory was signed by ourselves and the landlord or neither agent had the legal documentation required to determine what condition the house was in when we let it. Below are pictures of the property when we let and two of the cleanliness when we left. The house is currently being let which was agreed almost immediately after we left, even though the property was apparently being sold. There is nothing in law to stop agents and landlords doing this, in my opinion there should be. Ultimately i feel me and my family were discriminated against by the Landlord Mr Toby Assinger, Norman Lloyd and Morris Marshall Poole and i felt this review was necessary to help protect other young families like mine.
