Other than that, they are an excellent company to go with, especially our agent, Luke. He has been so helpful throughout the whole process and has always gone above and beyond to help us. 22nd Sep 2026 (4 days ago)Failed to refix for sale board after it fell down within a couple of weeks of going up (badly installed damaged my property it had been incorrectly fitted to). Failed to supply second for sale board I have paid for. Accompanied viewings, one of the two guys that did it just stood on front doorstep, turned up late, and one time even brought his kids who where left in his car, so he was backwards and forwards between car and front step

Nicola was very helpful from the start with the initial viewing and then again at the second viewing, The whole application was straight forward and we were updated throughout. Even on move in day Nicola went out of her way to accommodate as well as bringing us flowers and chocolate's to enjoy in our new home.
