Dowena then refused to pay the legal fees despite the agreement costing me over £400 in fees for nothing. Very immoral company.

Keith was extremely helpful on the initial valuation in the office I delt with Ann, Emily & Keighley and they were also great. I’d recommend after having a few valuations on my house I’d tell anyone in my area to use Robinsons. Thanks so much

She was helpful throughout the whole process and very patient when we ran into a few hiccups with the house. Ellie always offered great advice and support, helping us get everything sorted. 19th Feb 2026 (17 weeks ago)They offered advice on valuation that matched our expectations, they put it on the market at the value we wanted. We had viewings constantly whilst it was on the market. They advised us to keep taking viewings after offer accepted until we were sale agreed. This resulted in a higher bid, so it was worth it. Only negative was the amount of Photoshop used in photos.
