So far we have had good experience with them. They have been prompt and efficient. Marketed the house quickly including professional photos and we've already had several viewings within the first few weeks. Would definitely recommend them.
Sent an enquiry a week ago, no one has emailed or called, nothing back whatsoever. My email was received as I had an email confirmation back so no excuse really. Poor.

I am a first time buyer. I understand that estate agents would help first time buyers to go through buying a property. But my experience with Now Homes was not great. They made me believe that I got the property, They told me "get these documents and we will secure property for you". I spent more than a day to arrange all documents and also paid nearly £300 on evaluation services to find out that somebody else has bought the property. They already had accepted the offer from other party but still demanded all the documents from me. property was taken off the internet even before I supplied all the documents. These might be regular agents tactics but I found these practices dirty and deceiving. Very poor service.
Excellent lettings agent, by far the best I have ever dealt with. Newton Fallowell offer fantastic customer services and kept us well informed at all times through the rental process. I cannot recommend this estate agents enough!
The staff here could not have been more helpful, very friendly and nothing was ever too much. Always kept us updated on the sale and purchase of the property, would 100% recommend to all.
we phoned with two weeks notice to view some properties
when we came to Newark we found that one was sold and hadn't bothered to tell us and it was too late to arrange anything else.
They didn't show up at the other property and got the neighbours to let us in.
When we bought the property and wanted to measure up we again phoned with 2 weeks notice and again they never showed up and neighbour let us in again.
Also our survey showed a leaking radiator and they assured us several times it wax fixed and when we moved in it was still leaking.
So we are out of pocket by £400, I don't know what they get up to but they don't seem to work very hard for the seller.

Dealt with Sandra briefly. The usual unhelpful attitude which overrides any conversation about making an offer. Emailed - no reply after 48 hours. Called and left a message - no reply. It’s shocking and imagine if it was your house I was enquiring about? Never again. I’m going to avoid this agent for all future viewings as they’re incapable of dealing with basic enquiries.
It’s a real shame as it seems to only be the Newark Office that’s behaves this way. I’ve had tremendous service from the same company which covers Bottesford and the Vale of Belvoir.

Her manner was very friendly and her approach totally professional. She thoroughly explained the “Hart” process to us and introduced us to “Flink”, a selling method that we did not previously know of.
Whilst we have not yet made a final decision on selling, we were very impressed with Hart as an estate agent and Melody Rogers as an individual.
