30th Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.
19th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Wouldn't recommend this company jobs reported when vulnerable take over a week to sort out can never get hold of who you need to calls never get returned antisocial behaviour doesn't get sorted I've moved from bad to worse a day late on rent they soon contact you though.... looks like I'm house hunting again. I've reported numerous times the same people to no avail it's got to the point I've said forget it also if you unfortunately do get housed with this company please check bins before deposit rent and tenancy is signed mine was all full infested and took them over 4 months to empty the council refused rightly so as its the company and landlords fault also check your out house mines still full it's terrible. Especially when the rents so expensive aswell

24th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)These guys will choke u you for a viewing, tell the landlord to humble himself a bit there are many apartments in nottingham, they wanted me to sign a contract which include a rent increase, first time i have ever seen, will treat u badly. Edit: they have really tried to come back to me, and ali was a very respectful and sincere guy and apologized for everything and took alot of time to be clear with me, ali the best guy- 11th Dec 2025 (14 weeks ago)We’ve just bought our new home through Newton Fallowell at Retford. From start to the point of sale so far the entire team demonstrated a level of professionalism that truly sets them apart in the industry. ?They move quickly and keep the process on track. Every interaction with Adam, Louise or Scarlett was handled with courtesy. They are a genuinely polite team that makes you feel valued. They’ve made it so simple and reassuring for us as first time buyers. Sarah and Kirsty were there every step of the way, answered questions to anything we asked, guided us when we needed help and did everything to make us happy. We could not of had a better first time buying experience all from this team. We have Sarah and Kirsty to thank for it all. Holly is one of the only agents to keep in touch with me over tbe last 9 months i have been searching for a property suitable for my needs. Thank you for your help. Emma made what can often be a stressful time feel smooth and straightforward. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and even after I had moved in, she went above and beyond to assist me with an additional matter. That level of care and support truly made a difference. Your Move has definitely been the best… spot on from start to finish. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Outstanding service all round! Thanks again.
3rd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Moved from Kent to Newark WH Brown were the Estate Agents for the Newark property so we weren’t paying them. We had a positive experience with good communication from Poppy, India and Tiffany especially when there were delays at the top of the chain. They never made me feel like I was bothering them and I did call a lot.

Buying a home can be stressful at the best of times, but the team kept everything moving smoothly and were always easy to deal with. A big shoutout to Kerry Thomas, who's been fantastic throughout. She was open and transparent throughout the whole process, kept me updated without me ever needing to chase, and was always happy to answer any questions. It's made the whole thing feel a lot less daunting. If you’re buying or selling, I’d definitely recommend HoldenCopley.
7th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)Every person that works in the office is extremely helpful and professional they are very reassuring and have extensive knowledge regarding the local market, we are so happy we chose Oliver Reilly and I love that he is also involved in the process it makes you feel like a valued customer when the main person at the company is also hands on in the process They are a warm welcoming office and it doesn’t matter how large or small your sale/buy is, they give 100% and it really is appreciated! Cannot fault them at all!

10th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.
