25th Aug 2026 (26 days ago)We sold our property through Northwood and it was a great experience<br>Leanne was in charge of our sale and was perfect, always had an answer to my question and always called me with solutions not problems. She was also great at calling/emailing me whenever she said she would, which is always hard to find.<br>Sam was also excellent whenever we dealt with him. Always cheery and happy to answer my many stupid questions, even on moving day<br>They were great through the whole process, and whilst there was plenty of stress (as always) they were never the cause of it<br>I'd definitely recommend them and use them again

They were friendly, professional and incredibly helpful from start to finish, always keeping us updated and doing everything they could to keep things moving smoothly. Their communication and attention to detail were excellent, and they were always on hand whenever we had a question. We really appreciated all their help and support and would have no hesitation in recommending Embleys to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

2nd Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Really recommend Next2Buy, it was quick and easy to get the house on the market and it sold within 10 days after around 15 viewings. Unfortunately, things beyond our control meant the sale took over eight months, but Next2Buy were there at every step, helping us through the stress. A special mention for Wendy who spoke to me every week with updates and helped us through a very stressful few months! Thank you Next2Buy!

8th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)Online within couple of hours and sold within a week Previously marketed by another agent for 5 months and over 40viewings but they were all underfunded .
4th Aug 2026 (7 weeks ago)Anthony Hay at True Homes went above and beyond the call of duty in relation to this sale. The property had to be sold on the death of a family member but one of the beneficiaries to the estate of the deceased made selling the property exceptionally difficult as they did all they could to obstruct the sale while at the same time demanding their inheritance from the estate (the greater part of which was of course the property which they wished to remain in rent free). Anthony calmly remained patient and eventually we overcame the obstacles and achieved the sale.

4th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)They just sell their services and dump you no communication you are on your own. It’s DIY estate agency at a cut price because there is no service and you are on your own. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for (NOTHING)

They were so kind and got us booked in very quickly and then went above and beyond to finish our survey within a couple of days to help us meet our completion date. Always responded to queries very quickly too which we really appreciated.

Having rented properties for the past ten years, I can honestly say that Everbest Properties is the best agency I have ever come across.<br><br>From the very beginning, they have been professional, helpful, responsive, and genuinely supportive. They made the whole renting experience smooth and stress-free, and whenever we needed assistance, they were always approachable and quick to help.
