25th Aug 2026 (23 days ago)We sold our property through Northwood and it was a great experience<br>Leanne was in charge of our sale and was perfect, always had an answer to my question and always called me with solutions not problems. She was also great at calling/emailing me whenever she said she would, which is always hard to find.<br>Sam was also excellent whenever we dealt with him. Always cheery and happy to answer my many stupid questions, even on moving day<br>They were great through the whole process, and whilst there was plenty of stress (as always) they were never the cause of it<br>I'd definitely recommend them and use them again

Unfortunately, things beyond our control meant the sale took over eight months, but Next2Buy were there at every step, helping us through the stress. A special mention for Wendy who spoke to me every week with updates and helped us through a very stressful few months! Thank you Next2Buy!

From the first contact I was reassured I’d chosen the right place and being a small company it was a lot more personable. The communication throughout was professional and I didn’t need to keep on top of things as everything was in hand and went smoothly. Thank you for such a great service.

We live in York, so selling my uncle's house in Newcastle could have been a nightmare but the staff at Hive made it a breeze. They kept us informed every step of the way, set up a WhatsApp chat group so that we were all on the same page, they were simply fab and we can't thank you all enough. 4th Apr 2026 (24 weeks ago)They just sell their services and dump you no communication you are on your own. It’s DIY estate agency at a cut price because there is no service and you are on your own. It’s cheap and you get what you pay for (NOTHING)
1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)Great service would highly recommend them for selling tenanted properties specifically. Property sold in around 30 days and completion took place shortly after. Offloading another 2 properties with Let Properties now.
