15th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)We cannot praise this company enough, Paul who came to evaluate our property was extremely professional, knowledgeable, lives in the area. We had 2 other estate agents evaluate our property which was a complete joke. We sold our property within 2 weeks, once we had an offer accepted on a property for us Paul was involved with all conveyancing solicitors, other estate agents to make sure the process was moving at a pace. All the staff at Fletcher & Poole concerning our experience were outstanding, we highly recommend this company.
1st Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)We put the house on the market in February 2026 and up until June we had received one viewing, with little or no communication from the office to suggest as to why. It had obviously been marketed incorrectly and valued at the wrong price. We have been very disappointed and decided to withdraw the house from sale with them.
7th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)If you know Abergele you know that all the estate agents here are useless chancers. I've worked with all of them and can attest personally and professionally.<br>So I was pleasantly surprised to meet Tom from Prys Jones Abergele.<br>Tom is a friendly, knowledgeable and professional property agent with obvious knowledge of the local market.<br>He went far beyond any agent I've worked with to help us find the right property.<br>We will be working with Tom in the future whether that's at Prys Jones or another agent.<br>I will say that initially we were dealing with Rhyddian who was everything I've come to expect from estate agents, the polar opposite of Tom. Rhyddian knew nothing about the properties he was marketing and seemed entirely uninterested in selling houses. Rhyddian is the reason this is a four star review rather than five, it would be lower but that felt unfair to Tom.<br>The office staff otherwise were friendly and professional.

19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.

We had to sell our late mother’s property due to an outstanding mortgage, as her four adult children were unable to secure a mortgage to keep the home. It was a very difficult decision, but the team at LL Estate Agents were both professional and compassionate throughout. They found a buyer within just a few weeks of the property going on the market and handled everything efficiently and with great care, keeping me informed every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough for their support during such a challenging time.

28th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Purple bricks did not even try to sell the above property for my now late father and once 10 months passes all they wanted was £1700 fee paying I informed them that my fathers estate was in the hands of solicitors gave them all the details they needed to recover the fee but they insisted I paid the fee and it wasn’t their duty to go to a solicitor for the fee even after I had informed them the house was not left to me in my fathers will the words they used were that was my problem not theirs I have never been treated so rudely and inconsiderably I would not recommend using them to anyone

2nd Sep 2026 (12 days ago)Despite clear instructions following 2 aborted sales due to prospective buyers losing their sellers , that Idris were only to introduce cash buyers or those whose own homes were well advanced down the sold route, they deliberately misled me with a buyer who was not in fact in the latter category at all. This went in for 4 months losing me the opportunity to market at peak house buying season with another firm keep the property on the open market. They also failed to chase the buyer or their solicitor for information and keep on top of it and did not communicate regularly with me without having to be contacted first. I would not recommend them. When complaining about this latest debacle and advising them I was withdrawing the property, they sent an e mail with a list of people who had viewed my property stating that if any of them purchased it in the future they expected commission. There was no apology for their failures. Having used them for 2 previous property sales in the past 3 years this outcome was sadly a sign of poor long term business practice

We spent years trying to buy our first home, facing all the usual challenges: finances, finding the right size property, and securing the perfect location. We always believed that when we found the right house, we would just know. Many agents didn't understand that, but Rich did. From the day we met Rich and viewed our first property with Berry & George, we knew we had found the one. Rich understood exactly what we were looking for and supported us every step of the way. From day one through to well after we moved in, Rich was exceptional. He kept in touch throughout the entire process, making sure everything went as smoothly as possible. The whole team worked incredibly hard on our behalf, and we are still happily settled in the home we love today. After our previous purchase fell through at exchange, leaving us almost homeless and with just two weeks to find temporary accommodation, finally finding our home is a blessing. What may seem like everyday tasks or simply part of the job can make a life-changing difference to your clients. Thank you, Rich and the team at Berry & George, for going above and beyond and helping us find our forever home.
