Let me down twice just to view a property. First of all the customer service was rude from Chelsea. Kept talking about financial appointments?! Second of all, booked viewing twice on a property and was let down by Edward. Then a guy called Jake called didn’t apologise and tried to say view another property… No urgency, Poor agent. Very poor service overall. Don’t recommend to buy or sell with this agent. Go somewhere else.... Read more

Avoid these people at all cost, our family has been on property for 3 month now. We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go....
