We did get off to a rocky start as i was very anxious about my elderly mother moving into her first property and she had a mountain of issues but Anna was able to calm me down and has been polite, professional and i am so happy she is my mothers property manager. i retract my original concerns regarding the management with Oakley and can now safely say that Anna has been an absolute star and has kept in contact with me constantly and going above and beyond to assist

30th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)Dishonest and unscrupulous company. Wasted weeks of my time and changed the terms of my rental a week prior to my preposed move-in date, forcing me to cancel. Specifically, all bills were meant to be included but they told me a week before my preposed move-in date, and after all referencing had been completed, that I would have to pay £50 extra for electricity.
