His local knowledge and rapport with potential buyers had a positive impact on finding a serious buyer and the whole team have been most helpful chasing and updating me on the progress of the transaction.
14th Jul 2026 (10 weeks ago)If I could give zero stars, I would. This has been an absolutely awful experience from start to finish. We felt constantly pressured and pushed into decisions that suited the buyers, not us. It seemed like all they cared about was what the buyers wanted, while our concerns were repeatedly ignored, even though we were paying substantial fees. At no point did we feel our side was truly heard or represented. I would never use this agency again, and I'd strongly advise others to avoid them too.

There were times we really thought the chain might collapse but with pro active chasing up in the chain, we finally managed to push over the line - Well done to everyone at Millers for making it happen. Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.

19th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)The experience we have had with Bond Oxborough Phillips and Chloe has been excellent! She has followed up after viewings and ensured any questions which weren't answered at the viewing were answered soon after. She also was knowledgeable on the properties and was able to answer most questions then and there. In the past I have had an agent (from another EA) tell me this was the first time they had seen the house and they didn't know anything about it, whereas I never had that with Chloe.<br>The cherry on the top for me though is when we were talking about the types of houses we like, she mentioned the few we had seen with her (listing road names) all had a particular style (more old houses rather than newer build generally). I know there will be a file with the houses we've seen and so it will be relatively easy to check, but it was a really nice touch for us!

14th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. Thank you very much.

My wife and I would be very happy to use their services again. Staff who were particularly worthy of mention were Florence, Rachael and Sandi who were very patient and helpful during what has been a challenging and time consuming sale.

Unfortunately once we’d signed up, they weren’t reliable and didn’t communicate with us regularly. Phone calls weren’t returned, our agent was never available when we rang. They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. We highly recommend Bopp to anyone in as the first choice when putting their house up for sale, it is a very stressful time and they are there for you all the way.

31st Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We engaged Martin Durber for the sale of our house and it was such a pleasure to deal with an estate agent that actually listens to the home owner as to what they want from the sale , Martin did what he said and sold our home on the first viewing , it's the total professional way he presents your home quality photos and videos and a honest description of the house, while the sale is proceeding you here very little from Tamar estates seemed a bit worrying at first after previous dealings with estate agents but as Martin said he's done his job selling it it's now the conveyancing side turn to do there job, if I need an estate agent again then yes I would use Martin at Tamar estates again it's a shame he's not nationwide as I've moved to the other side of the country now. Thank you Tamar estates for the best selling experience I've had and there's been a few house sales over the years
