Kirsty managed to secure our buyer soon after our house went on the market, even being available to show clients around when we was out of the country. When sales progression became stressful, Kirsty always made herself available to assist in anyway she could to help us through this time. Her dedication to her role and helping us to address any queries we had helped us to remain focused on our end goal of selling our property, allowing us to move on to our next much wanted purchase. Kirsty is a real credit to CR Real Estates.
23rd Nov 2023 (22 weeks ago)Streets have done a very poor job Of managing my property, communication is very poor,no inspections of my property over the last couple of years,they have not provided me gas safety or electrical certs,I got the property back in a very poor condition, avoid streets like the plague!
12th Aug 2021 (2 years ago)The worst about this agent is that they lie. Lie about lack of problems with property, communication with vendor. We have ended up conned, lost money on searches and survey as they didn't act in the good faith. Deliberately mislead us to the point that I consider reporting it to ombudsman.

They made the experience of viewing and buying our first house as enjoyable as possible and were great at responding to any of our queries very quickly and helpfully. They understood we wanted and found us the perfect house.

19th Feb 2024 (10 weeks ago)I had my property for sale with Connells for 5 over months and they made very little effort to sell my property. The new manager apologised for their poor performance which was appreciated. I would not recommend them to sell a property on the Isle of Sheppey.

The Bluebell Estate team showed their amazing true colours from the 1st phone call I made to them to enquire about a property. Throughout my 2.5 years tenancy I have found the whole team to be very professional but more importantly to me they have all been genuine, honest & lovely people. I recommend Bluebell Estates 100 percent.

(69 reviews)21st Mar 2024 (5 weeks ago)Do not use this letting agents if you want to keep your sanity. 6 months of MOULD in the property. My 20 year old sister rents from them and has had nothing but problems with mould and damp and they don’t care and are now threatening her saying she has to leave in 2 weeks or stay for the full tenancy in the disgusting property. She has had 6+ contractors in to view the mould because the landlord is to tight to pay for any works they just keep sending more people. They work with rogue landlords and do not care about there tenants. Carly Cleary is the one my sister has been dealing with, she lacks customer service and is threatening a 20 year old who is renting there first property still paying full rent. They are telling her she has to leave her furniture outside for 3 weeks and if it gets damaged or stolen it’s her problem for them to fix the issues. The council are involved and they are past the deadline for it to be fixed. Honestly appalling company and we will take it as far as we need to, no one should have to live in a property with this many issues, paying full rent and having to be home to let people on constantly it’s a joke!

13th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)I bought an house through James Perry Estate Agents and Perry was very helpful from start to finish, not like other Estate Agents who work 9am-5pm, I called him many times late and he answered or called back straight away. Very knowledgeable in the house game, also Megan who is part of the team was very proffessionally, much more helpful than other bigger Estate Agents. Would definately reccomend James Perry Estate Agents to anyone who needs them, first class service from start to finish.
