From the start they priced the property realistically, which I'm sure is a big part of why it sold as smoothly as it did. Communication was excellent throughout - I was kept updated at every stage and never had to chase for information. The whole team were helpful, professional and easy to deal with. Would happily recommend them to anyone selling in the area

Highly recommend Olivia - she knows her stuff and comes prepared and informed, took the time to answer our questions and even helped us book in an extra viewing - which we have now made an offer on! Great company

2nd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)First time me and my wife are renting a property, Alfie was outstanding! Very informative, helpful and made the whole process so direct and smooth. Generally put all the worries or typical concerns to rest with being so understanding and clear.<br>Cant fault anything, even once moved in he is still very proactive and helpful making sure everything is sorted.<br>Honestly recommend Wards of Sittingbourne to anyone who is looking for their next home or first home, and if you in need of a rental or letting then definitely ask for Alfie!<br>Thanks again for all your help and hard work, will of course be using your service again on our future moves

Three or 4 months since property on market with Jack Charles just had one viewer. I have asked them to take the property off market. I couldn’t get to manager on the phone unfortunately.

Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.

They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples.

28th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I have to say I am mega impressed with the service I received from Your move Sittingbourne, from dealing with Megan first booking in the valuation and then speaking with Theresa when I had an issue and needed to change the time. They asked me questions other agents forgot, very impressed! and than having Harry come around to value my home, he was meticulous and on point, he talked through prices showed me the square footage and spent the time to measure. I will be selling my home through your move when ready. Thanks for your help.
