After deciding to sell my property, thinking, this is going to take months, especially as it was just before Christmas. I went to the office to confirm pictures where good to go live….10 minutes after leaving the office, I got a call from India, 2 viewings booked in for that afternoon!! 2 offers in by 17.00…AMAZING! Martin and his team kept me up to date and were so supportive. After formalities, my house sold within 3 weeks!! Everything went so smoothly and this could not have been possible without Parker Stags team, OUTSTANDING service. I can’t praise or thank them enough for everything they have done! 5*s all round. xx
20th Nov 2025 (6 mo. ago)They were always quick to deal with any questions I had, they had potential buyers very soon after advertising the property and had a purchaser lined up after 11 days, I’m sure no one could have done better than that in November.
11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.
11th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)Danielle Kennett from the Michael Poole Middlesbrough branch is very experienced in helping people and giving her outstanding knowledge for a landlord in renting a property. She is a very patient lady with her clients, very softly spoken ,explaining each stage of the lettings process from start to finish.Keeping in contact with her clients - her management skills are an asset to the company . Danielle assisted me in such a lovely manner , The tenants that were applying for the property were properly vetted by her, She contacted .me telling me if they had any pets , if tenants wanted to do any alterations in the property .Danielle discussed this with me very thoroughly before a application was accepted as a positive tenant. I cannot thank Danielle enough in helping us out in the property being rented out , i would only bring any more rental properties to Danielle because i was overwhelmed with the way she handled all the process of renting. I am really happy with all the help Danielle gave me , and i wish her all the very best for the future as i can see her going further in the company .Thanks Frankie.

24th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Very pleasant freindly visit when pictures were taken giving helpfull tips and exchanged knowlege for services needed. We than ran into difficulty when buyer pulled out this was all chased up by Kaitlan who is a really credit to the company. With her help we secured another buyer in days, she also kept me informed all the way through even messaging in her own time to update and pass on questions. I would use again and recomend others use selectiv. As i say cant thank kaitlan enough for her effort and work ethic a real credit A1 service.

30th Mar 2026 (11 weeks ago)The selling process was protracted due to issues with Land Registry. Ingelbys were helpful and patient giving us lots of reassurance during those stressful times. They found us the right buyers quickly and were pleasant and informative. Would highly recommend this office with particular thanks to Bev for sticking with us.

12th Jun 2026 (6 days ago)Worst experience ever. Rude. Unprofessional. Miss led me with the property description. Advert said recent rewire...turn out it was 11 years ago. Helen was rude. Ignorant and the most unhelpful person ever. They made the whole process of buying un necessarily stressful. I have bought and sold many properties over the years and never experienced anything like it. Collected my keys today and didnt get a smile or congratulations. Nothing. Absolutely appalling. The only person who was any help was Kirby. I would avoid this company at all costs

I almost lost my two bedroom house in Redcar due to the Dubious ways my previous Estate Agent handling of my property and the letting of it. Thank you so much Andrew .I couldn't thank you enough for protecting my future pension income. The property was bought to give me an income when I retire, but almost lost it because of the previous Estate Agents . I will always be grateful to PH Estate Agents. I can say without a doubt Andrew you are indeed a life safer in my time of high difficulty regarding the eviction, organising the repairs and successfully legally rented my property out. Thank you to you and your team. I will recommend you to anyone who is willing to buy,lettings ,organising eviction and repairs of properties ,for your professionalism, support and property lettings and sales expertise.
