Communication was excellent no delays in responding to anything and everything their end was done so quickly, Their presentation skills for the advertising of the property was amazing. No faults at all, would definitely recommend using Louvain and Chloe if you are selling a property,

Throughout the whole process, Gareth has been nothing but open, honest, supportive and professional. We’ve had a bit of an up-and-down journey with property sales, through no fault of anyone’s, but Gareth has been there every step of the way, offering reassurance, advice and support whenever we’ve needed it. The sale of our other property went through smoothly, and Gareth was absolutely amazing throughout. His communication has been second to none. He’s always kept us updated, been completely transparent and, if there was ever something he didn’t know, he made sure he found out and came back to us. What really sets Gareth apart is that he genuinely cares about the people he’s helping. You’re not just another sale to him. They kept me informed every step of the way regarding viewings, offers and sale. Overall they were first class.

18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
