Communication was excellent no delays in responding to anything and everything their end was done so quickly, Their presentation skills for the advertising of the property was amazing. No faults at all, would definitely recommend using Louvain and Chloe if you are selling a property,

From the initial valuation to the day of completion it’s been a pleasure to have him by our side. Communication has been outstanding, nothing was ever too much trouble, evening viewings accommodating around our work schedule and securing wonderful buyers, I can’t imagine another estate agent going above and beyond like Steve did for us. A true asset to estate agents! Thanks Steve, until the next sale ??????!

18th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic Chris and Morgan were!!! we needed a property within a week as we were had place lined up to rent but they pulled their property off market. They recognised the urgency in our predicament and managed to pull a rabbit out the hat and find us a place to let on show short notice... Unfortunately my buyer pulled out the following day and didn't go through with rental... Non the less the work and effort they did was tremendous.
