Viewings were grouped together and were all conducted by Sean who had done valuation, so knew the house well. House sold in less than 2 weeks. I woukd highly recommend Cope & Co.

Even though they weren’t responsible for acting on our behalf, they were always happy to assist us with any queries, were easily contactable, kept us updated without us even asking, and supported us through the stress of it all. They are friendly, professional and put us at ease! We will definitely be using them once we are ready to sell ????

I found the team very helpful and professional and kept me up to date on all viewings and progress. They went over and beyond what one would expect. From the very start, they were incredibly honest and transparent about every detail, which gave me confidence throughout the entire process. They consistently offered genuine advice and were always available to answer my questions or concerns. Their support went above and beyond, ensuring that I was comfortable and informed at every step. I truly felt like they had my best interests in mind. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and supportive estate agent!

Elders are realistic about pricing, are highly professional and excellent in keeping you updated. They certainly rank as the best estate agent to sell a property with in Ilkeston.

My Tenancy Manager (Hannah) is always quick to resolve my issues. I’m super glad I rented my apartment from them. I highly recommend Tritsam without any doubt.

She is very efficient and prompt.

From Will who came out to evaluate my house to Pam who is dealing with all the property particulars and not forgetting the sweet and lovely Monika- their In house photographer. This team has been professional yet friendly whilst dealing with the sale of my property. At my request I was keen to have the property on the market sooner rather than later and they turned the whole process around for me in as little as 10 days from step 1 when Will came to evaluate to activating my property live on all the marketing portals. Fantastic team and I would recommend them all day long. Thank you Watsons. ????????????
18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

14th Sep 2024 (11 weeks ago)I recently used All Agreed to sell my house and would recommend them to anyone. Their pricing is reasonable, the photos of my property were excellent and I was kept well up to date thoughout the whole process. Dan and his team are very proactive and I never once had to call to check progress at any stage of the process. His valuation was realistic and my property sold in a timely manner. Most importantly, Dan and his team were very easy to contact throughout, always at the end of the phone or on email whenever I needed them. Top notch service.
5th Jul 2024 (22 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
