(thankfully)<br>Genuine, responsive , professional, and efficient team, with a sense of humour.<br>Excellent communication and management of the moving process from start to finish.<br>Honestly, if you’re in their ‘catchment’ area, then use them.

They worked tirelessly to support us, with regular communication and updates. They were always honest, helpful and patient. Having had a glimpse of how hard it is to manage a chain, their calm, cheerful resilience made a stressful time bearable with the most fantastic outcome. They are not only great estate agents, they are genuinely lovely decent people. We won’t be moving again for a long time as we are now living in our dream home but when we do, we will use Fells Gulliver. We have no hesitation it recommending them wholeheartedly.

Richard and the team were always friendly, approachable and easy to deal with, and any issues that came up were handled promptly and professionally.<br><br>After such a long tenancy, moving on was a big change, but Richard was extremely helpful throughout the process and made everything straightforward, including being accommodating around our notice period while we completed on our new home.<br><br>I’d happily recommend Parkers Lettings to both tenants and landlords.
