13th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)I have recently sold a couple of Holiday chalets in Park Resorts Camber. Nigel Anderson was recommended to me. I am so grateful, Nigel keeps in constant touch, with all involved buyers and solicitors He surveyed the chalets, advertised them in property magazines. He personally takes prospective buyers round chalets. He has sold all we had at reasonable prices. I found him to be very honest and respectful and a very nice person . Who I would highly recommend. 2nd Nov 2021 (2 years ago)I have just purchased a property through Equus Property. Celia was fantastic, she was always available when I needed a question answered, she stayed in regular contact with me from the very first viewing right through to completion. Celia went above and beyond her duties, she helped speed up the process by speaking to solicitors and chasing things up for the vendor and I. I highly recommend Equus Property and when the time comes to move on i would not hesitate in contacting them to market my property. Thank you Celia for all of your help.

The Village GreenNorthiamNr RyeEast Sussex, TN31 6ND(17 reviews)16th Apr 2024 (19 days ago)Awful service do not recommend, put a holding deposit on a property , then got asked to get a guarantor or a month upfront rent said we'll do the month rent a month then turned into a years rent which is ridiculous then went down to 6 months again a lot of money to find so went with a guarantor then get an email from rightmove saying passed referencing and our contract is being written and to start looking for insurance and broadband luckily I didn’t pay for any of that. Thought haven’t heard from estate agent in a while so gave them a call to find out what’s going on, they’ve given the property to someone else and didn’t even think to let us know so now have got to start again on our property search and has been a waste of time and doubt we’ll get our holding deposit back
10th Mar 2024 (8 weeks ago)These people are truely awful to deal with my wife was humiliated when a member of there staff was ridiculusly pedantic and quite aggressive, when they went into the property, They go out of they way to get a deposit refund for there client.
29th Nov 2023 (23 weeks ago)Very good communication with the agents. We put the house on the market at a difficult time and initially weren’t getting many viewings. After consultation with the agents we lowered the price which resulted in an increase in viewings and three offers over a weekend

4th Aug 2023 (9 mo. ago)Easily the worst estate agents, borderline illegal. Letted out a property with multiple leaks, mould, no working fire alarm and multiple other issues. We have a feeling they lied to the landlord about making repairs that never actually happened. Giles is by far the rudest, least professional person I've ever met, thinks it's okay to insult and put down people when confronted about the condition of properties. We were told by multiple people (fire service, gas people and mould inspection) that the property was not fit for living purposes, but because it was covered up by a lot of people there wasn't much they could do. Our baby was continuously I'll from the mould as was I, when moving out we had to chuck out about £500 worth of items because mould had spread to them, they allowed leaks to continue for months, ruining our personal items. Only fixed the fire alarm when faced with a council inspection, six months into our tenancy. They have now upped the rent for next tenets to £1000, absolutely disgusting. There is much more wrong with the property that I don't have space to write here, but be warned, if letting with this agency you will be done over, judged and spoken down to, any property that appears in good condition will change over time and goes downhill quick. So glad we are no longer here and our baby is finally healthy instead of constantly unwell.

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
