I’ve been working with James and the Wilson Peacock team for a significant amount of time now, and I can’t express enough how fantastic they have been. Their support, professionalism, and the way they facilitate everything have been exceptional. I manage multiple rental properties, and although I don’t use their full managed services, I rely on them to find tenants. Bran went through everything step by step, and made sure the application went as easy and smooth as possible. He put in a huge amount of effort behind the scenes, going above and beyond to find the most suitable mortgage products for me. I really appreciated how dedicated and supportive he was from start to finish. I’m so grateful for all his help and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

I live a fair distance from the flat and Lesley kept a check on the security and the presale work being done keeping me informed and in touch even out of office hours. Lesley’s dedication to her job makes her a valuable asset to Connells I would recommend this estate agent to anyone selling or buying in the Cambridge area.
19th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)What are the estate agent playing at, they are now selling a 4 bed house in Elder way Ampthill for £40000 over valuation price, this is a shared ownership property only recently valued at £510,000 Are they that desperate.. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

They were always available for viewings at any time for potential buyers and kept us updated on progress and always fed back in a timely manner Would recommend using Giggs if you have one in your area

We got great advice about our potential buyers and situations so we could accept the best overall offer for us.
