26th Jul 2021 (3 years ago)Right from the start, Becky saw something in our property that two other agents didn't, seeing the potential beyond the work that needed doing. As a result, she suggested marketing it at a far higher price than others suggested and whilst I was initially worried by this, she was right and ended up securing significantly more than if we had gone elsewhere. It certainly wasn't the most straightforward of sales but Becky and her team are so approachable and were always there to help resolve issues and to provide some much needed counselling when things didn't go to plan! To say Becky went above and beyond is an understatement and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Huntingfields to anyone wanting to sell their home.

21st Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid. Lots of good sales talk with seemingly pleasant agents, but zero delivery. As a property owner, it was Very muddled approach to onboarding a property, with demands that changed with the breeze. Felt like no clear process.

1st Jan 2021 (4 years ago)From the first contact through to final completion of the sale, every step of the way with Bedfords was efficient, courteous and professional. First up was delivery of a valuation and selling proposal by hand on the same day as the initial visit to the property. We had three agents come to value and Bedfords outperformed the others with ease at this stage. From then on I was kept up to date with every viewing (this was an empty property - executor sale) with feedback and suggestions. The final negotiations and sale process were conducted efficiently and in a timely manner. Thanks to Susie Potter and the whole Bedfords team - realise this has been a challenging year and you were very busy - but Well Done.

At every stage of the process they were helpful, and went out of their way to build a good relationship between buyers and sellers which worked to everyone's advantage-- especially as in this case the sellers will be our future neighbours. We had very well arranged zoom calls and resolved timing issues to do with stamp duty, moving dates, etc. We couldn't be happier with the outcome and we are very grateful to Sophia and the team.

2nd Feb 2024 (11 mo. ago)I really can not fault Exquisite Homes, They did everything perfectly, the brochure for my house was a work of art, it was glossy and made more like a book, in comparison with the tatty photocopied sheets I had from some of the estate agents who were offering houses I was considering buying. Their photographer was amazing and produced fantastic pictures and, it's the pictures that sell the house in the first place. The team who sold my house was amiable and efficient. Even after the sale had been agreed the Exquisite team, chased the solicitors and pushed the sale through, the only thing I had to do was sign the contract. If you do not use Exquisite Homes to sell your home, you only have yourselves to blame.

31st Jul 2024 (24 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could- 18th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Absolutely dreadful company. Communication had to be prompted from the start, no viewings until I suggested changes to the advert, the is no responsibility taken by the staff. They are more happy to ignore your questions and hope you go away. Steer well clear
