Selling house was never a straightforward process, but their professionalism made all the difference throughout the entire process. Despite the challenges we faced, Aleksa remained professional, proactive, and solution-focused at every turn. They handled negotiations with skill and honesty, kept me updated regularly, and were always available to answer my questions—no matter how big or small. 23rd Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Buying or selling a property is something that most people do so infrequently that it is very difficult to know whether or not a different Estate Agent could have done a better job. Could they have sold it quicker? Or for a higher price? I will never know. But my flat took many months to sell and eventually did so at a price that was 10% lower than its value so I will not be using Delmore in the future.

27th Apr 2025 (10 mo. ago)Peter from Delmor was professional and easy to deal with. He provided useful advice, was very understanding and supportive. Staff in office were polite and friendly and easy to deal with. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
22nd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)We chose Gillespie Macandrew because we wanted the whole selling process (including the calculation of capital gains tax) to be under one roof. Gillespie Macandrew more than lived up to our expectations. The marketing, conveyancing and capital gains processes were all sequentially and logically implemented and there was always someone on hand to answer our questions. The stress involved in selling a property was greatly reduced, the sale went smoothly and efficiently, and we received a price well above the valuation.
22nd May 2024 (1 year ago)I recently sold my property through Wardhaugh, and found the staff to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. The sale encountered some difficulties, however Jen and Roddy were there to offer sound advice and reassurance, which ultimately resulted in a successful conclusion. The photography and marketing service was extremely good, and weekend and out of hours viewings were included in the service. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service provided, and would recommend.

I decided to use McArthur Stanton for our recent house purchase and sale as I wanted to use a local firm, but I have never had great service from property lawyers before so, to be frank, I thought it would be more of the same. I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the word go all I got from Linda and Maureen was courtesy, professionalism and outstanding support throughout the whole process. They soothed my fevered brow and brought both purchase and sale to a successful conclusion within the timescales agreed. I would recommend this company - you will not get better.

24th Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)Edit: in response to the reply from the Roxburgh group - Since the Roxburgh group are claiming no knowledge.. the landlords names are Fiona and Michael Smyth. I actually dropped my keys on Fiona’s desk at the Stewarton office at the time. They may no longer have any affliation with the Roxburgh group however if they do then certainly avoid this couple. I rented a property with the Roxburgh group between 2022-2023. The landlords were a married couple who also are based in the office. I woke up one morning to the landlord (Mr) standing in my hallway after having posted a handwritten note with his contact number and name on the back of an envelope asking me to call him. He knocked a few times however as I was a single female living alone at the time with no spy hole in the door and wasn’t expecting anyone I chose not to answer. He then assumed I wasn’t home and allowed himself entry to what was my home at the time, giving no legal written notice. I had changed my contact number a couple weeks prior and forgot to update the letting agent, which is my own issue. My email address & next of kin numbers were still valid - none of which were contacted. He used the excuse that he was “worried” about me for illegally entering the property. Very intrusive, I was moved out of that flat within weeks of the incident! Would never feel safe using the Roxburgh group again.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

12th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)We had exceptional service from Thorntons from start to finish. Our house sold in 4 weeks and the sales team were just so professional. Communication throughout the process was excellent and once we accepted the offer on our house the legal team at Thorntons were equally exceptional. Our solicitor was always on hand to answer our questions and provide us with best advice. Thank you for taking the stress out of selling a house!

Photos of the property looked amazing. We were out of touch with selling but they were always on hand to explain and keep us right. They offer the full package selling, buying and legal services which saves you having to look elsewhere Thank you

After a disastrous start with another estate agent which almost lost me the house I really wanted to buy, I instructed Century 21 and Jason pulled everything together. Jason got my property sold very quickly in an urgent situation working late into the night to get my property listed and negotiated my purchase so that everything was held together, despite various difficulties along the way, and I got my dream home. He is extremely proactive and responds quickly to messages seven days a week and outside normal working hours. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work, and dedication in getting my sale and purchase over the line. He is truly passionate about his work and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

The team truly went above and beyond, making the entire process much easier, especially for my dad, who needed assistance with all the paperwork involved. Their guidance and patience were invaluable, and my dad was genuinely thankful for their help.
