22nd May 2024 (1 year ago)I recently sold my property through Wardhaugh, and found the staff to be extremely personable and knowledgeable. The sale encountered some difficulties, however Jen and Roddy were there to offer sound advice and reassurance, which ultimately resulted in a successful conclusion. The photography and marketing service was extremely good, and weekend and out of hours viewings were included in the service. Overall, I was extremely happy with the service provided, and would recommend.

16th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I am the client from hell - always wanting constant updates and everything done yesterday. I decided to use McArthur Stanton for our recent house purchase and sale as I wanted to use a local firm, but I have never had great service from property lawyers before so, to be frank, I thought it would be more of the same. I couldn’t have been more wrong. From the word go all I got from Linda and Maureen was courtesy, professionalism and outstanding support throughout the whole process. They soothed my fevered brow and brought both purchase and sale to a successful conclusion within the timescales agreed. I would recommend this company - you will not get better.

24th Dec 2025 (19 weeks ago)Edit: in response to the reply from the Roxburgh group - Since the Roxburgh group are claiming no knowledge.. the landlords names are Fiona and Michael Smyth. I actually dropped my keys on Fiona’s desk at the Stewarton office at the time. They may no longer have any affliation with the Roxburgh group however if they do then certainly avoid this couple. I rented a property with the Roxburgh group between 2022-2023. The landlords were a married couple who also are based in the office. I woke up one morning to the landlord (Mr) standing in my hallway after having posted a handwritten note with his contact number and name on the back of an envelope asking me to call him. He knocked a few times however as I was a single female living alone at the time with no spy hole in the door and wasn’t expecting anyone I chose not to answer. He then assumed I wasn’t home and allowed himself entry to what was my home at the time, giving no legal written notice. I had changed my contact number a couple weeks prior and forgot to update the letting agent, which is my own issue. My email address & next of kin numbers were still valid - none of which were contacted. He used the excuse that he was “worried” about me for illegally entering the property. Very intrusive, I was moved out of that flat within weeks of the incident! Would never feel safe using the Roxburgh group again.

Staff were amazing and so efficient, special thanks to Eileen, Aileen and Lynn. Would highly recommend using this firm to deal with any legal matters as they provide a professional, friendly and efficient service

11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)My wife and I recently sold our house and moved to a new home in Ayr. It had been nearly 10 years since our last house move and the most stressful of things to do. I have moved about half a dozen times over the years and I can honestly say I have never found an estate agent that I trusted. The majority seemed only interested in making money from you with little input or effort. I have used a good few and all been the same. This time I noticed some new options in the market and we reached out to Belmont Property. All I can say is I am so glad that we did. The service from this dedicated, knowledgeable bunch of honest hard working guys was absolutely superb, night and day to all the rest. They genuinely care about you, they were in no rush, taking time to answer all your questions and concerns, they talk common sense and not nonsense, They give you an honest opinion and there set up from house survey to home report, the fantastic use of the enhanced marketing and drone survey to them actually arranging and doing all your viewings and negotiations for you is superb. What they discussed with us was exactly what played out, what they said we could maximise and achieve was exactly what we did, the way they market the asking price in relation to the home report value was 100% accurate and had viewers coming in numbers despite it being in December. Our house was effectively sold in 2 days. They believe in doing all the work and earning what you are paying them and on top of this gave us good advice on our purchase too. From what I have seen online, with the amount of properties selling fast, then I am not on my own. I cannot emphasise how genuine, how knowledgeable and how lovely this team is at Belmont Property. I can guarantee nobody comes close. To add to this, having seen some distasteful posts from other firms on FB, they conduct themselves with modesty and dignity too. They are the Leo Messi of Estate Agents in Ayrshire and you would be crazy to choose anyone else. Massive thanks to Richard, Barry, Donna & Stephanie. 5 star doesn't do it justice

The team truly went above and beyond, making the entire process much easier, especially for my dad, who needed assistance with all the paperwork involved. Their guidance and patience were invaluable, and my dad was genuinely thankful for their help. Given our parents’ age and the added challenge of my mum’s vascular dementia, we could not have made this move a reality without the unwavering support of Arran Estate Agents. Their compassion and empathy for our situation were evident at every step, and they made sure we felt cared for throughout the journey. On behalf of my family we would like to thank her for removing much of the stress and worry over selling my late father’s home. She provided expert advice and guidance and his house sold in 5 days for an excellent price. The service provided was exceptional and personal. This is a lady who knows the market and more importantly genuinely cares for all of her customers, buyers and sellers alike.

19th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)It was a pleasure working with Gavin and Lisa when selling our house. From start to finish Gavin was friendly, approachable and very professional. There were a few issues along the way and it was a particularly long process with buying and selling (through absolutely no fault of Gavin or Arrowhead ), and Gavin kept us up to date and advised throughout and was particularly helpful getting things over the line as our deadline approached.
