27th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)"Appalling experience - Extreme professional negligence, arrogance, and harassment"<br>I highly recommend avoiding this firm. After the completion of my property sale, the paralegal, Ceitidh Bryden, demonstrated absolute arrogance and a shocking lack of professional ethics. Her communication was completely unacceptable, to the point where she even resorted to shouting at me over the phone.<br>Despite a formal agreement via email for a £200 price deduction regarding house preparation (which was successfully applied to the final settlement), this firm failed to properly update the final missives due to sheer laziness. Worse still, after the funds were legally settled and under my control, she sided with the buyer to launch an aggressive psychological intimidation campaign. They forwarded threatening emails in red text and unlawfully demanded my personal overseas address without any legal basis, strictly violating data protection principles and professional boundaries. Pure malpractice, uneducated behaviour, and zero integrity. Avoid at all costs."<br><br>Alex

5th Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.- 12th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Nice atmosphere, friendly people

We were given great advice and could not be happier with the service and with the communication from the staff as a whole.
