16th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Worst company imaginable. Gave us misinformation for over six months regarding entry dates and also told us development was finished when it was not. Double check everything you are told by them. They misled us and we ended up over £18000 out of pocket. Avoid this company at all cost. They don’t admit liability for anything they do.
28th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)The service provided by Tempo Estates during the sale of my late aunt’s property was exceptional and fully warrants an exception review. This was a particularly difficult and emotional time, and the team at Tempo Estates were consistently sympathetic, patient, and supportive throughout the entire process. They guided me clearly through each stage of the sale, explaining everything in an easy-to-understand way and ensuring I always knew what to expect. By managing the process so professionally and proactively, they removed a great deal of the stress and hassle that would otherwise have been involved. Their communication was excellent, and they handled the sale with genuine care, sensitivity, and respect for the circumstances. I am extremely grateful for the support provided and feel the level of service went above and beyond what would normally be expected, which is why I believe this exception is fully justified.
5th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)The facts. -It’s a week since I asked for a home report and a viewing - I’ve had a neither. -I’ve called back - told ‘the valuer would call me to arrange’ - that’s not happened. -I was called IMMEDIATELY after I sent the enquiry - asked if I want to use their mortgage advisor and or to sell with them - I didn’t answer don’t. Yet I was phoned back so they can arrange to value my property…. I expressed annoyance at the error and lack of viewing arrangement. Since heard nothing. -FYI it’s the cottage in Rosneath that’s on sale- if no one’s coming to view it - this is why. Total farce. How can an estate agent be so disorganized at such basic stuff? He
26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Overall very good. I was very happy with the Photos and advert, only point I think they could improve on is communication as we had to chase up after viewings for feedback ( this could have been down to the viewers not getting back in touch though)
3rd Sep 2024 (1 year ago)We already knew of JAS Campbell after having purchased a property in West Kilbride, North Ayrshire, through their estate agents. So we were very pleased to place the sale of our property in the hands of the staff there. They were extremely efficient and couldn't be more helpful with any issues that arose during the process. Communications, a critical issue for those coping with the stress of selling or buying properties, was outstanding at all times. 12th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Matthew and Ian were great at Your Move Dundee. Matthew viewed the house promptly and came with a lot of comms and info to support the suggested selling price for me. They helped to organise all aspects pre- and post-sale I think their fees were similar to other agents in the area, but something just felt “right”. Anyway, they helped to secure a good price quite quickly and have been helpful and communicative throughout.

5th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Was so disappointed with the carry out as 1st time and got prices on line which apparently have not been updated ordered veg pakora chicken pakora and poppadoms and spiced onions £18.96 when I queried this she said it was 2 poppadoms and spiced onions it's not the best experience as the prices are very much more expensive 6.99 chicken pakora and 5.99 for veg pakora 2.99 poppadoms and spiced onions. Only exotic thing about this place is the prices. UPDATE After owners reply STILL no update on prices and as previously mentioned the poppadoms and spiced onions come together what they need to mention that a portion is 2 poppadoms broken up as when I ordered 2 poppadoms and spiced onions got the equivalent of 4 poppadoms at 5.98 so this needs to be clearer on the menu also as how many poppadoms do you need for 2 people.
21st Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I used the company for a house title deeds transfer. From start to finish I experienced serviced that was of the highest quality. Staff, especially Iain and Amber, went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed in a timely manner. Would highly recommend, and will use again for sure.

When we first met the owner who came to view the property, we immediately felt at ease. That initial meeting gave us great confidence in moving forward. Throughout the process, the whole team were excellent. A special mention to Elaine, who kept in regular communication and provided plenty of updates, which really reassured us during the sale. 15th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Overestimated price at quote stage and advised a lower one as soon as home report valuation was received, suggesting upset price 10k below valuation. Little feedback on website viewing figures unless I phoned to request it. Support for property viewings and feedback from viewers was reasonable. Once an offer was received, I had to email and phone Thornton's legal team repeatedly to chase progress. Title deeds were already held by Thornton's, but it took two weeks to scan and email them to the solicitor, delaying written acceptance of the offer beyond the deadline given by the buyer. Solicitor handling my case seemed to think this was normal and deadlines for acceptance of offers were usually ignored. Sale is not yet complete, but I would avoid using the same company for estate agency and legal services in future. It seems to encourage complacency and inefficiency, the opposite of what I expected.
