Everything has been seamless - the photography is wonderful, the client portal is easy to navigate, and really helpful, and the service is excellent value for money. Regardless of whether you're selling a one-bed flat, or a ten-bed mansion, you'll get the same level of attention. Absolutely faultless service, and I'd 100% recommend Pacitti Jones.

They carried out appropriate inspections and safety checks. I would use them as a property manager or a tenant in the future and would definitely recommend.

My husband and I moved into a flat managed by Home Lettings and we were very impressed with the level of response when things needed fixing. The staff are always so kind and personable as well. I would definitely recommend Home Lettings to potential landlords or lessees!

The two people that handled our sale were excellent, unfortunately they did leave just before our sale was due to complete and so did our buyers, so in the end not entirely happy.- 1st Nov 2026 (1 day ago)We have recently purchased a property in Keith.<br>We decided on Peterkins due to the responsiveness of Siusan.<br>Due to selling our property in England and the differences between England and Scotland property transactions it was a very daunting prospect.<br>Siusan was there every step of the way offering exceptional advice and guidance.<br><br>Myself and my wife wish to pass on our thanks to Siusan for her dedication in getting the purchase across the line.<br><br>We would 100% recommend Peterkins and Siusan for Property purchases to anyone who may be requiring these service.

No request no matter how small was too hard or difficult for them to deal with. They were prompt and efficient and ALWAYS returned our phone calls and addressed any questions or concerns we had quickly. They also supported us through the sale of our property in the same manner making the whole process smooth and stress free Thank you all you represent the Martin & co brand well x

11th Apr 2026 (6 mo. ago)I had my will prepared by this firm back in 2017 and was assured at the time that any future changes could be made easily. Recently, I contacted them to make some important updates. While the receptionist was polite and helpful, the overall service I received was extremely disappointing. After multiple emails and messages left for the solicitor, I received no direct response. I was eventually told, via the receptionist, that the solicitor was too busy with conveyancing work to assist and that I should take my business elsewhere to have my will completely rewritten. As a returning client who has already paid for this service, I find this unacceptable. I relied on the assurance that amendments would be straightforward, yet I am now being forced to pay another firm to redo the entire will. Very poor client care and not the level of service I expected.
