1st Apr 2021 (5 years ago)Smashing bunch of people. So helpful and passionate about selling homes, and people for houses. They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.
13th May 2025 (1 year ago)Turned up looking like she'd been beaten, which is forgiveable but knew nothing whatsoever about the property. Utterly useless representing a property, actively put us off it, and conned an old man into the greediest strategy we've head in two years of searching. Thanks for wasting everyone's time, Caesar and Howie.
13th Oct 2017 (9 years ago)Our flat was on the market for 9 months, our experience was up and down with selling with castlehead. I feel like we could have been listened more, issues would have been resovled sooner. Job done in end, house sold in the end????
9th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)Half the lies these guys tell ain't true just ask your local council or just read the reviews my only advise is run away and don't ever ask them to repair anything that just makes them mad- 19th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)I slightly misunderstood a request made by the lady who I was speaking to on the phone. She proceeded to talk to me in a very condescending and rude manner. I felt belittled and actually a bit upset, even when I was trying to help and understand her. Not the type of interaction I expect from a professional solicitors.

8th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Arthur and Carmichael are a very well run firm that prides itself in providing sound legal advice and good customer service to its clients. I can personally vouch for that as I had to engage this firm on behalf of my elderly mother to deal with a complex crofting issue which had occurred. The advice received from Daniel was both comprehensive and very well explained, he certainly knew his stuff regarding the complexities of crofting law, he came across as being very personable and approachable. Laura who assisted with the sale of the property was also first class. They were both excellent at their jobs and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others.
