26th Feb 2022 (3 years ago)Glad I didn't have to proceed with a property and deal with Criena Erangey (supposedly the Director) as she called to confirm a viewing to which I had to cancel, missed her call but called back straight away to which she responded in an extremely rude manner as she was clearly upset over the cancellation. Have no idea why it would be taken personally to the point of her being insulting, stating accusations and then cutting the call. So glad to have dodged this bullet!
17th Jan 2022 (3 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.
23rd Nov 2023 (1 year ago)Streets have done a very poor job Of managing my property, communication is very poor,no inspections of my property over the last couple of years,they have not provided me gas safety or electrical certs,I got the property back in a very poor condition, avoid streets like the plague!

16th Apr 2025 (11 days ago)We used the West Malling office of Fine and Country, and were looked after amazingly well by Michael, Karen and Emma. They were with me every step of the way for my onward purchase, going above and beyond when I needed advise or guidance. Very polite and nothing too much trouble, with a wealth of knowledge and experience between them. The team made what was a very stressful situation for me as manageable as they could, taking into account my shift patterns, to cluster viewings. I would absolutely recommend Michael and the girls to anyone, and would definitely use again in the future should I ever need to move again. Thank you for everything
2nd Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)In the last 5 years I’ve been renting and have dealt with a few different agencies. George Webb Finn is hands down the best agency. Phillip has been amazing through out and helped resolve any issues we had in a timely manner. We found Phillip to not only look out for the landlord and the property but for us as well which was really refreshing. We are so sorry to not be renting through them at this time but in the future they would be the first company we phone for future rentals or even when we decide to buy.

19th Feb 2024 (1 year ago)I had my property for sale with Connells for 5 over months and they made very little effort to sell my property. The new manager apologised for their poor performance which was appreciated. I would not recommend them to sell a property on the Isle of Sheppey.

(8 reviews)8th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)Mr Creek came out on 11 August with a view of putting my property on the market and i am still waiting for him to get back to me after nearly two months.I have chased him up and got a response of "we are very busy". Harrisons commercial are a total waste of space with a complacent attitude towards clients. How are they still in business.

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

6th Dec 2024 (20 weeks ago)We purchased a property from Rafferty and Pickard and right from our first viewing in the summer to completion in December they have provided outstanding customer service. They liaised closely with us throughout offering additional advice such as window companies, plumbers, plasterers that we after. They were very accessible, responsive, and super knowledgable about the house, its history, and the local area. During our initial viewings Paul made us feel very comfortable and offered lots of advice. Throughout the exchange and completion process when there were complications further down the chain, John took the bull by the horns and got everyone aligned to get the chain over the line. Without his direction and mediation, the chain would have probably collapsed. Rafferty and Pickard are a superior estate agent who deserve tremendous credit for the work that they do. Thank you both again for doing such an amazing job.
