   I can't praise the Arnside office of Hackney & Leigh Estate Agents highly enough, I have had dealings with estate agents before when I sold my parents property, however I had never previously purchased a property for myself. I was in safe hands when I did, from start to finish they kept me aware of everything that was going on at every stage of the process. This service gave me a feeling of reasurance and confidence in the company and staff! I don't know if they are lucky recruiting the right staff or have a fantastic training courses, but whatever it is keep it up you are doing the right thing.... Read more

   Houseclub provided excellent service when selling out mothers home they were confident in their valuation, of property, kept us informed of all viewings booked , not just by phone but by letter, always got feedback from viewings, negotiated for us when we accepted offer the buyer tried to then change goalposts, houseclub advised us and supported us to decline they really know the market and instilled confidence that we would get another sake which we did within a week at a higher offer , even helped us arrange EPC and got quotes for us when work needed doing, every staff member goes above and beyond...
