   Truly first rate experience from start to finish.<br><br>Of the 3 higher end national estate agents we invited around to value our home last November, there was one standout - Knight Frank.<br><br>Ed Hunt and Lottie Lambert from Knight Frank’s Winchester office displayed a level of pre-preparation I was very surprised to see. They came armed with the floor plan and previous sales particulars (we had bought 7 years prior through another agent), and immediately remarked on the improvements we had made. Such was their level of professionalism and genuine enthusiasm for our home that my wife and I both said afterwards that there was no competition; we wanted them to sell our house.<br><br>While the market has been challenging, Knight Frank succeeded in finding two buyers / and offers for us in a period of weeks; and helped us cultivate the most promising of the two while they marketed their own house in Balham. That sale was being conducted through Knight Frank’s Balham office, ensuring great communication all round.<br><br>Lottie has been with us every step of the way and with the sale now exchanged, I felt it right to post this review (entirely unsolicited) to highlight what I consider exemplary service throughout.    Having just completed on a sale through Byrne and Co, I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire team, from valuation stage with Ben, to all the ongoing communication needed with Rona, John and Helen, they have all been first class. They responded speedily to all the twists and turns as the process went along and nothing was too much trouble.    We could not have wished for a better estate agent. Realistic in valuations exceptionally helpful , nothing was too much trouble.We sold and bought through Pearsons of Bishops Waltham. The whole team from Debbie, Nicki and Angelina cannot have been more friendly, helpful and outstanding in their professionism.<br>Dog friendly was a bonus!
