2nd Nov 2026 (1 day ago)I cannot recommend Stacey Walters, The Branch Partner, and Darcy Seal from the Fareham office highly enough. They provided an outstanding service throughout the sale of my late mothers home and genuinely went above and beyond the call of duty.<br><br>They were proactive at every stage, liaising directly with the buyer, helping to resolve enquiries and even visiting the property on our behalf when needed. Their commitment, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference and helped ensure a smooth transaction.<br><br>The sale also outperformed the local market, which fully vindicated our decision to use an estate agent from outside of the Stubbington village. Communication was excellent throughout, with updates and responses often outside normal business hours. We were always kept informed and given helpful advice, alongside an honest and realistic assessment of what was a particularly difficult market.<br><br>Stacey and Darcy were a pleasure to deal with. Their professionalism, dedication and personal approach really stood out. We are extremely grateful for all their hard work and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to sell their property.<br><br>Thank you both for such a fantastic job!

19th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having just bought a property with the help of the staff at Byrne and Co I can only rate this operation with full 5 stars.<br>From the moment I arranged my first viewing to the day of completion there has always been someone, either John or Helen or any of the other staff there, to assist or chase things along.<br>I would not hesitate to use Byrne and Co again, they seemed to have a very traditional attitude towards customer service that in my experience is so much more effective that the "corporate" agents that I have dealt with in recent years.

1st Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very poor communication (no answers to phone calls) and limited contact throughout. The branch appears to be regularly closed and not open as in accordance with their opening hours on Google (don't waste your time driving there, you will hit a locked front door), making it difficult to get any assistance.<br>The branch displays properties in its window that do not appear to be marketed by the agency. This creates a misleading impression of the instructions they hold and raises questions about transparency.<br>Overall, frustrated and disappointed with this agent.

Michael, Richard and Sue were all so supportive throughout our sale, which had some tricky moments, but they kept us updated throughout and genuinely care about their clients. They provide a very family-approach to buying/selling your house which feels very unique.
14th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I have moved out of the property managed by charters, I was at my property for year. The moving in stage, the maintenance and the moving out was all pretty great. I have had a lot of bad experiences with letting agents in the past but bishops Waltham staff have been helpful and communicative. (Accounts team once said I hadn’t paid rent and I ended up paying it twice and it took me a month to get my money back which was a cash flow nightmare) but I count my blessings. Maintance issue were look at and dealt with promptly. I love where I have moved to but my new property manager/letting agent have already promised an issue would be fixed by move in two months in and ten emails later issue is still here - has really made me miss bishops Waltham charters ?

23rd Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Had the pleasure of being shown round a property today by Anita, from Morris Dibben, and what a delight she was. Very knowledgeable on the property and clearly had a great relationship with the owner. Clearly cared about what she was showing as she took us room by room with explanations of everything and saved the show stopping points of the property till last. Super friendly and easy to chat too as well as friendly and funny. I love the fact that she cared about the seller and the home she was selling for said seller as there was a high degree of trust as well as respect for the property, which is rare to find. Anita is a credit to her company, we really had a lovely visit, so thank you so much Anita for everything.
