12th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I looked at so many houses, nothing was right and then I stumbled across a new property. A viewing was arranged quickly with the staff at Hunter French Frome. It was a difficult process for me, but Ben and his team did absolutely everything to help the process. Very happy to be in my new forever home.

Ollie offered clear answers, prompt updates, and genuine advice. He chased solicitors and coordinated tradespeople when needed- keeping things moving quickly and smoothly. He's a fantastic communicator and great representative of the Hunter French team. We would happily trust Ollie to handle any future sales or purchases on our behalf.... 29th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)From the valuation right up until being SSTC (which we are at present so cannot comment any further as I don’t have a crystal ball!) Sam has been absolutely fantastic. He was very honest during the valuation, did not try to pressure sell us, and allowed us to come back to him in our own time after obtaining other valuations. We felt it was an honest and fair valuation that had market evidence to back it up. Sam set up a WhatsApp group which was so helpful for quick communication, and we managed to sell our house in 2 weeks. He also helped us with knowing what and how to offer on our next property, which we have now secured. Even still through the sale process Sam and the team are always on hand if our buyers have any questions for us, or we have any questions in general. He was also a great help in helping us find decent local solicitors. Very smooth process so far - far above expectations.

5th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Cannot say much as I never really had much personal contact with the selling agency….. . Unfortunately I guess my property being a “Holiday flat” was not the right time to sell during the Autumn/Winter….. I have now other means of moving to my permanent property and hope to be settled soon…. This property may well be rented till we find out what we will be doing…….

19th Nov 2025 (7 mo. ago)We just recently moved from Bristol to Cheddar. Laurel & Wylde weren't our estate agents but they were for our purchase. Jane May was excellent from start to finish she kept us updated (not only us the whole chain). I do believe if it wasn't for Jayne the move might not of happened. A massive thank you Jayne. If anyone is looking for help in selling & moving Laurel & Wylde are an absolute must 10 out of 10.

Jamie valued our property £15k higher than any other agent and got us an offer from first time buyers at full asking price in 3 working days. Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.
