15th Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)I’ve got to say that this was the most stress free estate agent experience I’ve ever had. Ryan Davies and his team were so attentive and professional every step of the way. A huge thank you also to Sam, who found me a buyer and to Hannah who showed my house several times. Ryan came and listed my property with beautiful photography and amazing drone footage, and he had a professional but friendly manner. Ryan also recommended to me the property that I’ve ended up buying, and Sam showed me round (and was very patient throughout my excitement and exuberance). Ryan also put me in touch with a wonderful solicitor, as well as talked me through the legalities involved, which has completely eradicated the stress and sleepless nights from the process. I cannot recommend Saxons highly enough. They are a fantastic company with a highly competent, friendly, brilliant team.

During the final stages of contract exchange and completion, their advice and assistance were invaluable, particularly as I was away from Yeovil at the time, preventing potential delays. They also provided support to my wife in completing necessary documentation. Furthermore, when our mortgage advisor, Helen, required time off, they promptly arranged for Marianna to assist us, which was greatly appreciated.

26th Aug 2026 (22 days ago)This is truly one of the most genuine, kind and helpful team of people that we have ever had the pleasure of working with.<br>We started our journey being shown houses by the very knowledgeable Faye, not only did she show us around houses but she also had a range of suggestions on hand whenever we asked her for help on various aspects as we were new to the area.<br>Secondly once we had decided to buy the house, the very efficient Ellie was always on hand to progress the purchase and to obtain answers to any questions we had. She was such an easy person to talk to during tough times, always maintaining a positive point of view.<br>Last but by no means least there is Justin at the helm of the business, essentially working on behalf of the sellers but also providing a very balanced voice of reason for us as buyers and doing all he could to bring the sale to a fair conclusion.<br>We are so grateful for all the help they gave us and would highly recommend them to anyone either buying or selling a property.<br>Thank you so much.<br>Janine & John

Matt Lennon at Ocean Estate Agents in Portishead has been exceptional.<br>He is aware of our search criteria and has been incredibly proactive in trying to match us with our needs. He has let us know when houses are coming to market, which we may be interested in, and arranged convenient viewings for us.<br>Matt is very knowledgeable about the areas we are searching in.
