From the first meeting, there was no hard sell, just lots of questions, so that they could understand our position. Knowledgeable, professional and good people to deal with. 9th Jan 2026 (24 weeks ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

There is no doubt in my mind that without him, we would not have been able to complete our purchase. He went above and beyond to make the sale happen even driving hours to deliver physical contracts to lawyers. Through the ups and downs of a house sale and purchase he continued to be communicative, patient and delivered unparalleled quality of service (again, he was not our agent). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Charlie if you are looking to sell your property
