24th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Kit and Alistair managed the sale of our property in Weston Village. From the first meeting, there was no hard sell, just lots of questions, so that they could understand our position. Knowledgeable, professional and good people to deal with. Very proactive and helped to resolve a few last minute hic-ups. Would highly recommend.
16th May 2025 (1 year ago)No issues
26th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Always been helpful.
9th Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)Amazing landlords when they need your money, will tell you want you want to hear but once they have what they need financially they kick you to the kerb.. telling you the property is yours for as long as you want… they giving you a bull story as to why they need the property back… taking you for your full deposit and then re letting the property for a higher price.

7th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)They have been professional throughout and have put our best interests over making a quick buck, which seems to be what the industry is all about these days.
13th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Jonathan is so professional, calm and helpful. I have bought and latterly sold through Wild and Lye and both transactions were handled with a competence that comes from long standing experience. The service delivered is excellent and the fees are more than reasonable. I have nothing negative to say about Jonathan and Wild and Lye.
4th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Duncan Stonier had been managing agents for my property letting for a number of years and always provided top quality service. So when it came to finding someone to handle the sale of my flat I had no hesitation in asking them to do the job. They liaised seamlessly with my solicitor and everything went through without a hitch in just 4 months.

2nd Oct 2026 (4 weeks ago)I do not live in the area so I met with a few local agents to decide who I would use to sell a property. Rachel gave a good impression of how I would be treated so I chose her and was not to be disappointed.
Despite being far away from the property she kept me connected and delivered the service I hoped for and more.
There were a many bumps in the sale process as I am sure regularly happens. Rachel took them in her stride and gave good professional and honest advice. She pushed hard to complete the sale in all ways she could.
Even when I ran into issues with the law firms, she took over and communicated with all parties to get the sale over the line.
I am very grateful, and I am certain that I chose the correct agency.
I would not hesitate to recommend.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Awful company! DO NOT USE!!!
30th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Totally incompetent and lawless. Advice given was rude and unlawful, these guys have a dangerous perspective where they make every effort to ensure that the advice given serves their interests only, even if that advice is unlawful and totally fabricated. Please be warned, they are convicing and pushy.

3rd Sep 2026 (9 weeks ago)We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Having had a few less-than-positive experiences with estate agents previously, we were a little nervous about finding a rental in an area we didn’t know at all. Moving from Gloucestershire to Somerset, with a new school and so many other things to organise, felt like a lot to take on.
From the moment I spoke with Lisa, however, the whole process was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly down-to-earth, approachable and responsive. Communication was quick and straightforward, and she made the entire rental process feel remarkably straight forward.

She also has a really excellent selection of properties, and we are absolutely delighted with the home we’ve ended up renting. It’s exactly what we were hoping to find.

Moving house is stressful enough without having to battle with an estate agent, so finding someone who was genuinely helpful, friendly and straightforward made such a difference to us. Our experience could not have been more positive, and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Lisa to anyone looking for a property.

A huge thank you — we really appreciate everything you did to make our move to Somerset such a smooth and pleasant experience.
29th Jun 2026 (18 weeks ago)Michelle and her team were fantastic from the start ,we had our ups and downs with the sale but they pushed through and we complete this week ,would highly recommend them very friendly honest and professional from start to finish , Julie & Dan

7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Melissa and Carly in particular have been absolutely incredible, worked tirelessly to make sure everything went smoothly for me. They didn’t give up at all and just worked so hard for me every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough.
15th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful, providing excellent advice. Through my whole sale process he was great to deal with and would definitely recommend.

28th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
6th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)The guys helped me navigate some difficult decisions. What a team. ??????
