10th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Brilliant service both managing and selling a property
18th Mar 2026 (7 mo. ago)Not what we expected. Our particular agent didn't seem very knowledgeable and we struggled to get viewings and offers most likely due to the property being over priced.

10th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)I dealt with Shannon Bull with renewing my tenancy, she was excellent,so helpful .Her telephone manner and politeness made it a pleasure to deal with. All in all it made the process effortless.
14th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Stags Dulverton have been trying to sell our property for almost 2 years. This has not been an easy task in the current property climate. Through hard work and perseverance on the part of Hilda and Ellie, they have successfully achieved a sale. Thank you.

19th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)Hannah phoning me about a online valuation I did along time ago. The number was blocked because she kept calling so I thought they may get the hint but no still phone. I guess desperate for properties to sale as business is slow.
3rd Jan 2020 (6 years ago)They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. Etc.
5th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Cannot say much as I never really had much personal contact with the selling agency….. . Unfortunately I guess my property being a “Holiday flat” was not the right time to sell during the Autumn/Winter….. I have now other means of moving to my permanent property and hope to be settled soon…. This property may well be rented till we find out what we will be doing…….- This agent doesn't have any reviews
18th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.
1st Oct 2026 (5 weeks ago)Popped into their office.. The lady onbthe front desk Amy was very helpful and a lovely lady to chat to

Would highly recommend
30th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)We were not living in the flat during the sale process and Nash & co were very helpful in dealing with a couple of issues so that we didn't have to travel a long way back to Bath.
4th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Brilliant team at the Wedmore branch. After a very long and stressful time they helped us get there quickly and smoothly at the end. Can’t thank them enough! Would highly recommend them.
1st May 2026 (6 mo. ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man
19th Feb 2026 (8 mo. ago)Joanna and all the staff are very helpful and polite, they have kept me up to date at all times
6th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Excellent service throughout. Would recommend this estate agent, as unlike other agents, they actually seem to care about your business. Friendly and professional.
