26th Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)This estate agency has been extremely unreliable. After agreeing terms and making arrangements to move in, they pulled out of the contract just two days before our move-in date. This caused huge stress and disruption, especially after time, money, and planning had already gone into the move. Communication was poor and there was no reasonable support or accountability for the situation they created. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this agency.
3rd Sep 2014 (11 years ago)I will NEVER use this estate agency again to search for a property.We secured the property with the manager called Dawn by paying £450.00.She sent us our referencing documents which we were in the process of filling in.She also sent an email confirming we have the property subject to referencing.I therefore handed in my notice at my other property and found out a week later she had taken another group as they offered more money!!What is the point in a securing deposit when it is not used to secure the property.When I called the manager to discuss the situation she would not give me a chance to speak and spoke to me in a very agressive manner.Use another agency!

I recommend him very highly as is fully informed, thoughtful, considerate and prompt and reliable as well as being a genuinely pleasant professional, and have nothing except parise for him!

27th Jul 2026 (7 days ago)Avoid this estate agent. I used JS Estate Management under a fully managed agreement. I raised concerns about unauthorised occupation of my property and was assured there were no issues — yet documentary evidence showed the agent knew exactly who was occupying it. When I requested a payment trail showing how rent was handled, they refused to provide it. I raised formal complaints with The Property Ombudsman. Both were upheld and I received compensation on each occasion. Do not use this agent.
