19th May 2021 (5 years ago)Rented a flat with them for 3 years. Very reactive when there is an issue, sending professionals to fix it within hours. No issue with getting back our deposit. Very transparent and honest, not like most letting agencies in London. I recommend.
26th Dec 2025 (8 mo. ago)This estate agency has been extremely unreliable. After agreeing terms and making arrangements to move in, they pulled out of the contract just two days before our move-in date. This caused huge stress and disruption, especially after time, money, and planning had already gone into the move. Communication was poor and there was no reasonable support or accountability for the situation they created. I would strongly advise others to think twice before relying on this agency.

I noticed Ola treats her tenants very professionally and gives valueable advice to all. I will always use this agency and will recommend highly to all compared to other agencies I have used in the past.

Mike and Martin were always friendly, helpful, on hand and knowledgeable about buying and selling., especially leasehold I really couldn't have done it without them...they come very highly recommended and I will be giving others their details

Like single mother, it s hard to find an agency who trust that you can be in time with all the payments ( even if you can afford it, they think you cannot)Harmens estate agents gave me an agreement like single mother, and more than that,they ve been there for me each time I needed. Always available, always solving quickly any problem appeared. Extremely friendly, professional and helpful each time I ve needed.
