5th Jun 2021 (5 years ago)I started looking for an apartment on Bank Holiday Monday in late May. I was delighted to encounter the team at Dexters who were keen to assist. I was greeted by Cory who I found to be interested in me and my criteria. A great conversation followed by a number of viewings facilitated across the patch. During the viewings I received a professional yet really personable response, great knowledge and confidence building for me as it is my first time renting and everything was new to me. I had so many questions and when Corey and I realised that I wished to expand my criteria, Corey facilitated alternatives and despite his having other customers to deal with intermittently I was able to receive a truly comprehensive service from him. We viewed 7 properties that day, I was so impressed to have achieved so much in one day, Luke also assisted in answering my queries later in the day and provided me with furniture rental information to help me consider all cost planning when considering furnished and unfurnished options.
I got a superb service from Dexters and thank Corey particularly for making me feel comfortable, providing all the information I needed and providing me so many great opportunities to view in one day! Superb. Impressed by the follow up connection from him also. Brilliant job Corey and Luke.

Always a fantastic service and a very approachable young man. I could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for the right agent to sell their house.

10th Oct 2023 (3 years ago)From a landmark buildings perspective of East Grinstead this is one of the outstanding gems of architectural heritage. A simply beautiful building. I've often looked at the wonderful construction. And wondered its history. I used to do dowsing as a hobby years ago and marvelled at the apparent fact of all the underground catacombs and tunnels - of which there are many - seem for some reason to make for under this impressive old building.

Feel very much let down and unsupported. Proctors Beckenham complacent. Not hungry enough.

31st Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Few viewings and obviously no prior questioning of possible buyer. None were ever going to buy an old listed proerty. Mostly too tall for low ceilings and nervous about flying freeholds.
25th Mar 2023 (3 years ago)The most rudest and ignorant estate agents I have ever met. Please save yourself the trouble and do not work with this estate agent and especially not Haseeb. Throughout my time of renting a property from this agent, he has neglected his duties and then had the audacity to keep the deposit after I left the property. This estate agents and Haseeb have no humanity nor manners whatsoever.

Dealing with this company for over three years was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had. From pathological lies and miscommunication to the unprofessional attitude and mishandling of documentation alongside complete lack of respect or courtesy — if I could turn back time, I would have never gotten in touch with them.
If you value your privacy and don’t want people entering your home whenever it suits them, stay far away. Their negligence, ongoing arrogance, and blatant disregard for the terms of a legal contract are unacceptable. Carrying out viewings without the legal tenant's consent and entering the property at their own discretion is an absurd!
After the end of our tenancy, they made baseless allegations and attempted to claim money for issues that evidently existed prior to our move-in. Though they failed to follow basic industry procedures. Landlords shouldn’t place much trust in them either — their incompetence affects all parties involved.

I can't recommend him enough, he was highly professional and always made sure that the sale was progressing in a speedy manner. I never had to chase him once for any info or updates.
