18th Sep 2026 (1 day ago)Mostly a positive experience, though felt like it could have been smoother - particularly as it was a no chain property with a buyer who didn’t have anywhere to sell, but it still took the best part of six months. The tenant also was buying a property advertised by the agent, but communication was poor between the people at Butchers, so they did not coordinate.
24th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Have been horrifically harassed by my next door neighbour who Movemaker are letting agent for. Rang several times complaining of domestic abuse within the home (including police) and neighbour keying my car, tipping a FULL wheelie bin of his rubbish bin on to my property and throwing dog feaces while being verbally abusive, all when intoxicated. This letting agent ignored my complaints which has resulted in police and CPS involvement, also, I was informed by police that they were not letting the owner of property know all this abuse was happening to me and was kept a secret. I would not recommend anyone to rent their property through them.

Hopefully I'll find something else with someone else. Do not respond to emails. And do not respond. When you send a request for a property. No, very good. I will go somewhere else. I know where I'm not wanted.
