Alex showed us around a few properties before our final one, she has patience of a saint. Always there to answer our questions.<br>Julie was our point of contact during sale progression, she is friendly, always at hand for questions. Must say she is an excellent communicator. We’d had a previously good experience with Conway & Christie with a house that sold the day it went to market. This was a more difficult and complicated sale. His knowledge of the house and seller was impressive, and he was able to answer my questions upfront, rather than requiring follow-ups as I had often experienced with other agencies.<br>He was welcoming, engaging and genuinely reassuring throughout the viewing, with a great sense of humour that made me feel at ease and brought a few laughs along the way.
