6th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Not impressed at all. They cancelled 2 viewings that I had agreed with them. A very lame excuse was made for the first cancellation but they just cancelled the second viewing without giving me a reason. I wonder if they told their clients who had instructed them to try and sell their property for them, that they were turning down viewings from prospective purchasers!!
20th Sep 2021 (5 years ago)It is a small business but with top quality service, no doubt. They don't have many listed properties but each of them are with reasonable price. Sally and David were extremely helpful finding us a brilliant landlord. Maintenances are always in time, communications are smooth. I got all my deposit back and did had a great living experience with Simpson Estates.
