She always took the time to explain things clearly, provided valuable guidance and regularly went above and beyond what we would reasonably have expected from an estate agent.<br><br>Carly’s excellent communication, professionalism and willingness to help made a significant difference to us. Having experienced both estate agents involved in our sale and purchase, we can honestly say that our experience with Moon and Co was 10 out of 10.<br><br>We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Moon and Co to friends and family.<br>If we ever find ourselves buying or selling a property again, we would be very happy to use their services.<br><br>A huge thank you to Carly for all her hard work, assistance and support. 2nd Aug 2025 (1 year ago)I had been with a different Estate Agent and had little interest, I changed to MGY and the team did a brilliant job. Photos and description were better, advertised wider, many more viewings and a successful purchaser. They’ve gone above and beyond.

From the initial valuation to the day of completion it’s been a pleasure to have him by our side. Communication has been outstanding, nothing was ever too much trouble, evening viewings accommodating around our work schedule and securing wonderful buyers, I can’t imagine another estate agent going above and beyond like Steve did for us. 3rd Sep 2026 (14 days ago)We bought our old house through Allen and Harris which was a painless process, but the easiest, and often funniest experience, was getting our mortgage sorted with Liam. He was brilliant from start to finish, wonderfully professional and we went back to see him immediately when we sold our house six years later. Great sense of humour and no faffing around. Would highly recommend talking to Liam about your mortgage, even if you aren’t buying or selling through A&H. Great experience all round and will see him again for our remortgage.

Lily has gone above and beyond for me to explain the entire process and support throughout. All the way to receiving a mortgage offer and beyond.
- 1st Sep 2026 (16 days ago)I am writing this review to warn other landlords considering Peter Alan for fully managed letting services.<br><br>My experience as a landlord with their fully managed service has been unacceptable:<br><br>1. Inadequate Property Oversight: Regular, thorough property inspections were severely neglected. When inspections did occur, they were superficial and failed to report obvious issues.<br><br>2. Property Damage Ignored: Direct tenant damage to the property was brushed off and incorrectly dismissed as "normal wear and tear," leaving me with the responsibility and cost.<br><br>3. Zero Communication & Ignored Grievances: Emails went unanswered for extended periods. Formal complaints regarding their poor management standards were routinely ignored.<br><br>4. Financial & Accounting Errors: Statements contained accounting inaccuracies, and fees were charged for services that were never requested or agreed upon.<br><br>5. Failure to Release Account: When I formally terminated our contract due to their fundamental breach of service duties, they refused to acknowledge the termination or cooperate with the handover to my new agent, continuing to attempt to issue automated demands.
