14th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Having Louise as a single point of contact made such a difference, attentive, considerate, pragmatic (very much needed in the UK market!) and working alongside you. The journey of selling and purchasing a house can be challenging, however dont underestimate how having the right estate agent on your side can make all the difference. High recommend for Louise from me.

We asked a number of estate agents to value our house before putting it on the market and Carver Knowles were one of them. From the first time we contacted Carver Knowles they were helpful, took the time to listen to us and gave us their honest opinion. We chose to put our house on the market with Carver Knowles and they continued to impress us. They kept us informed with planned viewings and followed up with feedback from each viewing – never once did we have to chase them! Our house sale went through very smoothly and we believe this was due to Carver Knowles’ efficiency in communicating with all parties involved, ensuring nothing was neglected.
