14th Oct 2022 (4 years ago)We have recently sold our property through Kivells and overall have been very happy with the service offered by everyone at Kivells. Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. Thank you very much.
6th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)AVOID USING FOREFRONT, use someone more reputable. Lack of communication, when that communication does come it’s unclear & muddled up with communication from all other parties. Our estate agent left the company midway through the process & the person picking it up had no clue about the process nor wanted to get bought up to speed. 4 months into the process, after waiting patiently, we were asked if we had a mortgage offer??? The one rare time we got any communication from Forefront, the estate agent handled the situation very poorly, leaving a sour taste in our mouth. Safe to say we will never be using forefront again & I strongly advise you not to use forefront, use someone more reputable like Richard James, Haart or Charles Harding.

27th Aug 2023 (3 years ago)Mel behaviour is very unprofessional and bites back when you don’t want to make an offer on a property. Offered a previous survey that she stated was really good, after a 4 day delay waiting for it having to ask three times. The survey has about £40,000 of repairs. She states “I feel really sad for you that you lose out, never mind” I’m disgusted at the behaviour.

Suzanne is charming, efficient, patient, kind, helpful and right on the button with sorting any hitches or problems. She is a force to be reckoned with. Nothing is too much trouble and she always got back to me if I left a message. Buying and selling houses is not the most enjoyable experience but this lady really smooths the way and quietly gets things done. Very different from the usual Estate Agent experience- I think they had better take a note or she’ll sweep the board! Thank you so much Suzanne.
