Our initial contact was with Dan who provided us with a very comprehensive written review of the market in order to explain the proposed marketing price for the house. No other agent provided such a clear explanation. For the viewings it was Katie and Mark and again we were impressed by their knowledge of our home and the time they were willing to give to show prospective buyers around and answer their questions. Katie’s enthusiasm for our house was definitely contagious and we are sure this rubbed off on people as she showed them around. Communication from the whole team, including Jack and Katrina was excellent and Sharron has also been very helpful as we have progressed towards exchange of contracts. 1st Sep 2023 (3 years ago)Communication was poor, on more than one occasion they provided information to us and another agent who was advertising a property that we were interested in buying upon selling ours, wrong information, providing details of another property. Viewings were booked for our property without us confirming the time was convenient, on multiple occasions we had to call to check if any viewings were booked in, when this didn't happen we were given very little notice of viewings (in one instance this was only an hour).

Their knowledge of the local property market is impressive, and they provided clear, honest advice throughout the entire process. They made everything smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions. What really stood out was their dedication and personal approach—they genuinely care about their clients and go the extra mile to ensure the best outcome. I would highly recommend John Jeffery of Salisbury to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Outstanding service from start to finish!
27th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Highbridge, they do not answer phone calls or reply to emails if the offer is not to their wanting. Rude people. I emailed on Friday with an offer, called on Monday twice to check is this offer was valid or not. No answer and no response by emails. Would not sell or rent my house with this woman/company. 100% avoid

19th May 2017 (9 years ago)Awful agents to be a tenant with, use them if you want to be charge £125 every 12 months to have a date changed on your contract, if you want your deposit back be prepared to wait, aperently a bank transfer takes 5-7 working days! A company who cares only for landlords and the bottom line, company have left one very stressed out employee to run the branch single handedly.
